Donald “Don” Glover has over 29 years of oil and gas operating experience, Don has a solid track record of building and managing teams across diverse disciplines to achieve positive business results. Don is a US Army veteran (1st Lieutenant – ret.) with an MBA from Rice University’s prestigious Jones School of Business and a Chemical Engineering degree from Oklahoma State University. He possesses a solid working knowledge of unconventional and conventional operations from technical, commercial, operational, financial and land / legal viewpoints, along with a track record of consistently increasing Net Asset Valuation (NAV) throughout his career. His experience also includes both on and offshore drilling, completions, and production operations throughout the value chain which encompasses exploration, appraisal, development, harvest, and abandonment. He is an industry expert in operational excellence, risk analysis regulatory, organizational behavior, P&L management and best in class knowledge sharing techniques, he brings a unique perspective to both operators and active working interest owner (non- operators) of assets in the oil and gas arena.
Richard Buckner has over 35 years of oil and gas operating experience, an expert in Oil and Gas Production and Operations, with a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Arkansas. Nine (9) of his 35 years in oil and gas was spent in the International Environment in countries such as Norway, UK, Africa and Venezuela. Richard has obtained exceptional skills in Artificial Lift and overall operations, and pairs this with superb management skill sets. As President of Chasco in Lavonia Michigan, he manufactured 48% of all coil springs utilized by General Motors and had 250 UAW workers to accomplish this manufacturing process. As President of Turbine Airfoil Designs, in Harrisburg PA, he manufactured and supplied thousands of low pressure air foils to GE and Pratt Whitney on a daily basis. His experience also includes both on and offshore drilling, completions, and production operations throughout the value chain which encompasses exploration, appraisal, and abandonment. With a focus on Best in Class Operations, Richard is a leader in the Management of Change process which streamlines processes and eliminates waste.
Emanuel Guidry is an Oil and Gas Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) with over 40 years of experience. His work experience includes the Management of Production, Drilling and Completion personnel. His work areas include both North and South America. His primary work experience is in Production Engineering and Operations. Emanuel has assisted companies in the reduction of downtime to increase revenue and production. He has worked to optimize field operation and drive the implementation of Safety and Health policies. In the US, he has worked the Gulf Coast (Offshore and Inland waters), all areas of Texas, Onshore Louisiana, Rockies, California and the Mid-Continent areas. He has also worked properties in Columbia and Peru. His work experience includes Production Management of the Mid-Continent area for Chesapeake, and as a Global Engineering Operations Advisor for SK E&P Company. Emanuel areas of expertise includes Mergers and Acquisition (M&A), Operations, as well as developing an optimization program to address the decrease in oil and gas prices. Emanuel helped develop the Upstream Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) training program for SK E&P. He worked 30 years for ConocoPhillips (COP) as a Quality Instructor, as well as mentoring and managing the career planning for Lower 48 Engineers and Technicians with a focus on the Early-Mid Career employees. Emanuel has also worked on the recruitment of experience hires, entry level Engineers and Summer Interns. As a consultant, he has reviewed company operating procedures, staffing, and safety practices to provide recommendations for improvement and success. Emanuel has Six Sigma and 4DX training and holds a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Harold Thomas has worked in the oil and gas industry for over 15 years. Harold has gained extensive knowledge throughout the years in production operations. In his current role at the Lubrizol Corporation, he is responsible for the safe startup, shutdown, maintenance and operation of production equipment which includes all tanks, pumps and vessels. He is also responsible for verifying that all equipment and electronic sensing devices such as flow meters, level indicators, temperature indicators, automated valves, pneumatic instruments are working properly. His ability to read and understand related documents such as P&ID diagrams, troubleshooting and repairs helps ensure the processes stays running at an optimal level. Harold is a Houston Texas native and attended Morehouse College where he majored in Business Finance.
Malaki Sims, CPA, has worked in the field of Accounting for over 17 years and is currently a lead auditor with the Internal Revenue Service’s (IRS) Large Business & International Division (LB&I). As a lead auditor, Malaki examines publicly traded and large privately-owned companies that have a global presence. In his current role as a lead auditor, he works with a wide range of accounting professionals including attorneys, CPAs and enrolled agents. Prior to working at the IRS, Malaki held various roles in the fields of public accounting and financial accounting with Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, McConnell & Jones, PM Realty Group and Merrill Lynch. Malaki currently resides in Houston, TX and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Morehouse College and a Master’s in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business. He is licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountants.
Antoy Bell is currently the Director of Human Resources at TNT Crane and Rigging, Inc. Antoy is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and is licensed to practice law in the State Courts of Texas and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas. Antoy has experience in corporate compliance with debt covenants, regulatory agencies, and internal operational policies for SEC and private sector clientele in various industries, including Oil Fields Services, Distribution, and Retail. He has reviewed and assisted in the preparation of SEC documents ,performed substantive testing and analytical procedures on all balance sheet and income accounts, handled quarterly reviews and year-end audits, internal control process documentation, compliance and disbursement testing, inventory observations, identified client risks and determined steps to mitigate those risk. Antoy is a native of Houston, Texas and graduated cum laude from Morehouse College with a degree in Business Administration. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Iowa College of Law.

She is a technology veteran with nearly 20 years of experience in Development, Design, Business Intelligence & Data, and Marketing. She is a Certified Bitcoin Professional & Cryptocurrency Evangelist. She has been featured in Glamour Magazine’s May “Women in Crypto” and Complex TV as well as other media publications.
Lee McGriggs is a Regional Sales Manager in the Performance Chemicals division at BASF. Early in his career Lee worked for Dow Chemical as a Pilot Plant Operator for the Polypropylene Licensing and Catalysts business. Equipped with this knowledge, he transitioned into a technical sales role with Baker Hughes where he sold low molecular weight polyethylene and polypropylene into the plastics, adhesives, inks and coatings markets. Prior to coming to BASF, he joined GE Power and Water where he implemented water treatment programs and supported plants at multiple facilities including Dow Chemical Texas City, Dow Chemical Deer Park and INEOS Chocolate Bayou. During his tenure at GE Power and Water he amassed $8MM in service awards. Lee is a Houston, Texas native who attended the University of Texas – San Antonio, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
